From peaceful temples to stunning beaches, every part of Thailand has something special. Here are some of the best places I visited and why I loved them. Iโ€™ve also added travel expenses to help you plan your own trip

Bangkok is full of energy, with temples, markets, and tasty street food everywhere. I loved the mix of modern life and traditional culture. The Grand Palace and Wat Arun were just breathtaking.

Why I loved it:

  • The streets are full of life โ€” food stalls, music, tuk-tuks, and lights everywhere.
  • I visited the Grand Palace and the Wat Arun temple, both of which were so beautiful and peaceful.
  • Street food here is cheap and delicious! I had spicy Pad Thai for just $1.

Why I loved it:

  • White sand, blue water, and lots of fun water activities like snorkeling and boat rides.
  • Patong Beach is perfect if you like parties, but you can also find quiet spots like Kata Beach.
  • Sunset at Promthep Cape was one of the best Iโ€™ve ever seen.

  • The old city is full of small temples and cozy cafรฉs.

  • I went to Railay Beach and took a boat trip to Phi Phi Islands โ€” it was amazing.
  • Less crowded than Phuket, but it still has great views and things to do.

  • You can rent a bicycle and explore at your own pace.
  • Itโ€™s peaceful and perfect for a day trip from Bangkok.
